Delete your account
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the app
Open Account
Tap your avatar at the top right.
Open Settings
Then choose Delete account.
Confirm
Your account is deleted and you are signed out.
On the web
Sign in
Go to aurastudio-ai.com and sign in.
Open Settings
From the account menu.
Delete account
At the bottom of Settings. Confirm, and you are signed out.
What is deleted
- Your account, name and email address.
- Every photo and video you generated.
- The models, garments and scenes you uploaded.
- Your collections and saved templates.
- Your sessions and notification tokens on every device.
- Any credits left on the account. They are forfeited.
Files are removed from storage at the same time. We keep only records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Can't sign in?
Ask us by email
Write to ergin@aurastudio-ai.com from the address on your account, subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
