Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use AURA Studio on the web or in our iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. You must be at least 16 years old.

Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the images and videos you generate. You give us permission to store, process, and display them only to run the service for you, including sending them to AI service providers that process images on our behalf.

You may only upload photos you own or have the right to use. For any person shown, you need their consent. You must not use AURA to create or share:

• Nude, sexual, or sexualized images of real people.
• Any image that sexualizes or exploits a minor.
• Deceptive images of real people, such as impersonation, fake endorsements, or content meant to mislead about who someone is or what they did.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or promotes hate or violence.
• Content that infringes someone else's rights, such as trademarks or designs you are not allowed to use.

Do not try to break, overload, scrape, or get around the limits of the service, or resell access to it. We may block requests and remove content that breaks these rules.

Images and videos are generated by AI and can be imperfect. Faces, hands, text, and garment details may differ from your inputs. Review every result before you publish it. You are responsible for how you use what you generate, including labeling it as AI-generated where a law or platform requires it.

You can report any result from inside the app or by email. We review reports and act on them.

Generating photos and videos uses credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are non-refundable. The one exception is automatic: credits used on a render that fails are returned to your balance. We may correct a balance that is wrong because of an error.

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on the web. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts the service or other people at risk. When an account is deleted or closed, its content is deleted and any remaining credits are forfeited.

AURA is a young product. We may add, change, or remove features, and we will give notice of changes that materially affect you where we reasonably can.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 50 if that is more. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

You are responsible for claims that arise from content you upload or from how you use what you generate.

If you use our app from the App Store or Google Play, the store's own terms also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or its support.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where AURA Studio is operated, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use AURA after an update means you accept the revised terms.
