Privacy Policy

AURA Studio turns your own models and garments into fashion imagery. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We have kept it plain.

Last updated July 22, 2026

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the studio and your account.

  • Account details. When you sign up we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in through another provider, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares.
  • Images you provide. The model photos and garment images you upload, together with the imagery and video the studio generates for you.
  • Billing information. Your plan, credit balance, and transaction history. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
  • Usage and device data. Basic analytics about how the app is used, such as pages viewed and actions taken, along with standard log data like your browser type and approximate region.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Generate the imagery and video you request and show it back to you.
  • Create and secure your account, and keep you signed in.
  • Meter credits, process payments, and manage your subscription.
  • Provide support and respond to your messages.
  • Understand which features are used so we can improve the product.
  • Detect abuse and keep the service safe and reliable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show you third-party advertising.

Your images and generated content

The images you upload and the results you generate belong to you. We process them only to provide the studio: to run generation, store your library, and display your work back to you.

To create imagery and video we rely on third-party AI generation providers acting on our behalf. Your inputs are sent to them solely to produce the output you asked for. We do not use your uploads or generated results to train our own or any public model without your consent.

You can remove imagery from your library at any time, and you can ask us to delete your content and account entirely. See Your rights and choices below.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers who help us run AURA, and only as much as they need to do their job:

  • Hosting and storage. Cloud providers that run the application and store your images.
  • AI generation. Providers that produce your imagery and video from the inputs you give the studio.
  • Payments. A payment processor that handles subscriptions and billing.
  • Analytics. Providers that give us aggregate, privacy-respecting usage statistics.

Each provider is bound to handle your data securely and to use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service. If AURA is ever part of a merger or acquisition, we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

Data retention

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data and stored images within a reasonable period, except where we must keep certain records, such as invoices, to meet legal and accounting obligations.

How we protect your data

Your connection to AURA is encrypted in transit, and stored data is protected with access controls and encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to guard your information and to limit who can reach it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account details directly in your settings.

To make a request, or to close your account and have your data removed, email us at ergin@aurastudio-ai.com. We will respond within the time your local law requires.

Where your data is stored

AURA runs on cloud infrastructure that may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where personal data crosses borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it in line with applicable law.

Children's privacy

AURA is intended for people aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and the law evolve. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use AURA after an update means you accept the revised policy.
