Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the studio and your account, on the web and in our iOS and Android apps.

• Account details. When you sign up we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in through another provider, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares.
• Images you provide. The model photos, garment images, and scenes you upload, together with the imagery and video the studio generates for you. The apps open your camera or photo library only when you choose a photo to upload, and save to your photo library only when you ask.
• Billing information. Your plan, credit balance, and transaction history. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Notification tokens. If you allow notifications in the app, we store a device token so we can tell you when your photos or videos are ready. It is removed when you sign out or delete your account.
• Reports. If you report a generated photo or video, we keep the report, the reason you chose, and any note you add.
• Usage and device data. On the web, basic analytics about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and actions taken, along with standard log data like your browser type and approximate region. In the apps, only basic diagnostics: the app version and platform sent with each request, and server logs of errors. The apps contain no advertising or third-party analytics.

We use the information above to:

• Generate the imagery and video you request and show it back to you.
• Create and secure your account, and keep you signed in.
• Meter credits, process payments, and manage your subscription.
• Send the notifications you turned on, such as when a shoot is ready.
• Provide support and respond to your messages and reports.
• Understand which features are used so we can improve the product.
• Detect abuse and keep the service safe and reliable.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not show you third-party advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

The images you upload and the results you generate belong to you. We process them only to provide the studio: to run generation, store your library, and display your work back to you.

To create imagery and video, your photos are sent to AI service providers that process images on our behalf. They receive your inputs solely to produce the output you asked for. In the apps, we ask for your permission before your first photo is sent. We do not use your uploads or generated results to train our own or any public model without your consent.

You can withdraw your permission at any time: stop generating, delete the photos you uploaded, or delete your account. Withdrawing does not undo processing that has already happened. Only upload photos of people who have agreed to it.

We share information only with the service providers who help us run AURA, and only as much as they need to do their job:

• Hosting and storage. Cloud providers that run the application and store your images.
• AI generation. AI service providers that process images on our behalf to produce your imagery and video from the inputs you give the studio.
• Notifications. Push services, including Apple and Google, that deliver app notifications to your device.
• Payments. A payment processor that handles subscriptions and billing.
• Analytics. Providers that give us aggregate, privacy-respecting usage statistics for the website.

Each provider is bound to handle your data securely and to use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service. If AURA is ever part of a merger or acquisition, we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual photos, videos, and uploads at any time.

When you delete your account, in the app or on the web, we delete it right away together with every photo, video, and upload stored with it, your collections, and your notification tokens. Copies in our backups expire on their normal cycle. We keep only the records we must by law, such as invoices.

Push notifications are optional. The app asks before sending any, and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

Your connection to AURA is encrypted in transit, and stored data is protected with access controls and encryption at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to guard your information and to limit who can reach it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account details directly in your settings.

You can delete your account yourself: in the app under Account, Settings, Delete account, or on the web under Settings.

For any other request, or if you cannot sign in, email us at ergin@aurastudio-ai.com. We will respond within the time your local law requires.

AURA runs on cloud infrastructure that may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where personal data crosses borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it in line with applicable law.

AURA is intended for people aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the product and the law evolve. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use AURA after an update means you accept the revised policy.
