Common questions
- How do credits work?
- A photo uses 1 credit and a video uses 3 or more. Your balance is in Account, in the app and on the web.
- A photo or video failed. Do I lose the credits?
- No. Credits for a render that fails are refunded automatically. There is nothing to claim.
- How do I report a result?
- Open the photo or video and choose Report from its menu. We review every report. You can also email us.
- What happens to my photos?
- Your uploads and results are private to your account. They are processed by AI service providers only to create your images and videos, and you can delete them at any time.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app: Account, Settings, Delete account. On the web: Settings, Delete account. It is immediate and removes your photos, videos and uploads.
- I can't sign in.
- Email ergin@aurastudio-ai.com from the address on your account and we will help you back in.
